Hello my beautiful brides to be, I’m Rebecca the owner of Bridal and Beauty by Rebecca Janye. I’m known for creating beautiful timeless wedding looks. Thank you for considering myself as your perfect bridal stylist.
I’ve always had a creative flare ever since my first job in a pottery studio, where I was a face painter for children’s birthday parties and summer fayres. Ever since then my passion for being creative grew into wanting people to feel like the best version of themselves.
Rebecca’s exceptional artistry has been recgonized with accolades including finalist status for Makeup Artist of the Year at the Hair and Beauty Awards 2025 in Dorset, and has been honoured as the winning Hair and Makeup Artist of the Year by HITCHED. Having also worked on the England GB woman’s Hockey team for hair and make up on Anna Toman and Emily Defroand for sporting events.
As a bridal hair and makeup artist, I believe in enhancing natural beauty with a touch of luxury. My work is not just about creating a flawless look—it’s about crafting an experience that is seamless, calming, and entirely tailored to each bride. I value professionalism, artistry, and a refined aesthetic, ensuring every client feels confident, radiant, and truly themselves on their wedding day. I was a graduate of the Arts University of Bournemouth and graduated with a First Class Honours Degree in Hair and Makeup, I’m even a qualified wig maker!
I once shaved off my eyebrows and blamed it on my brother for 10 years when I told the story to others. Now I create beautiful microbladed eyebrows for people who have done the same.
I was on “Are you smarter than a 10 year old” with Noel Edmonds.
I am a dog lover and have a Cavapoo called Penny.
